- You have gotten to the point that you know something has to change, you just don’t know what to do.
- You’ve tried everything, or almost everything.
- You don’t need a quick fix, you just need to know that at some point things will be better than they are today.
- You are open. You might be hesitant and unsure, but you are willing to try almost anything to stop feeling how you’ve been feeling.
- You are amazing, at least you think you probably could be amazing, but right now you sure don’t feel amazing often enough.
