Be Your Own Valentine - Self Love Workshop Attract the Love You Crave By Learning How To Love Yourself
Do you find relationships exhausting? Do you always give more than you get back?
Robyn Michon shares the 3 tools she used to completely transform how and who she loves. She went from feeling like she could never find love to feeling loved every single day.
She used to find herself in relationships where she wasn’t valued. No matter how much she gave, Robyn would still be left wondering what people really thought about her. It made it impossible for her to be her true self – instead she came across as needy and insecure. She was constantly attracting the wrong people into her life.
Robyn had heard that she needed to love herself first, but how were some monthly massages and more time spent alone going to help? Wasn’t she alone enough already?
The reason Robyn was ending up in unhealthy relationships was because deep down, she felt like she wasn’t good enough. She’d bend over backwards trying to help other people and work on her relationships, but she didn’t know how to put all of this work into her relationship with herself. She’d never been taught how to love herself first.
This Valentine's Day, come and learn how to completely transform your relationships by transforming your relationship with yourself.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
-how to better connect with your true self so you'll know what you need (because being able to give yourself what you need makes it easier for you to get what you need from someone else), -the difference between like and love, and how you can love those things about yourself that you may not like (so you never have to feel like you aren’t good enough anymore), -emotional self care, a set of questions you can use for loving yourself on those days when you need it most (because being able to meet your emotional needs makes it WAY easier for you to walk away from love that isn’t working so you can find love that is).
We’ll start the night at 7pm with some appetizers and an exercise to help you feel more connected. Robyn will lead a talk starting at 7:30pm. There will be lots of time for questions and discussion.
